Zoloft in clinical practice

Depressive states so far are one of the most common mental disorders. Among them a significant place belongs to endogenous depression, i.e. not related in origin to any external causes (psychogenic, situational), or physical illness depression, autochthonous arising as a result of violations of neuro-psychological processes of the organism. These endogenous depressions vary in severity and in their manifestations, but leading and constant among them are pathologically depressed mood symptoms.

Among the methods of treatment of endogenous depression is the most common drug therapy with the use of so-called antidepressant drugs.
